Group Hierarchy and Leadership Ranks

Team (3-5 Members):

    • Purpose: Small accountability group for daily support and fitness-focused missions.

    • Member Base Rank: Private

    • Leader: Team Leader (Rank: Corporal).

    • Mandatory Specialist Skill: Exercise Discipline (fitness, wellness).

    • Rationale: Exercise builds foundational discipline and gives you a new perspective of health and motivation.

    • Mission: Work out for 15 minutes, 5 times per week for 6 weeks.

  • Squad (12-15 Members, 3-4 Teams):

    • Purpose: Mid-sized group for collaboration and leadership development.

    • Leader: Squad Leader (Rank: Sergeant).

    • Mandatory Specialist Skills: Leadership & Basic Time Management.

    • Rationale: Leadership coordinates Teams and drives squad goals, time management is necessary for managing teams.

    • Mission: Work out for 30 minutes, 5 times per week for 6 weeks, verified via smart rings (e.g., heart rate tracking), selfies, Sargeant verification, etc. Complete a squad project (e.g., group workout) and mentor Team Leaders.

  • Platoon (40-50 Members, 3-4 Squads):

    • Purpose: Larger community for strategic initiatives and broader impact.

    • Leader: Platoon Leader (Rank: Lieutenant).

    • Mandatory Specialist Skills: Advanced Time Management & Public Speaking.

    • Rationale: Advanced time management allows for higher level management, public speaking fosters motivation and inspiration.

    • Mission: Workout mission as well as launch a platoon-wide project (e.g., service project) within 3 months.

  • Company (150-200 Members, 3-4 Platoons):

    • Purpose: Platform-wide community for elite mentorship and engagement.

    • Leader: Company Leader (Rank: Captain).

    • Mandatory Specialist Skill: Strategic Planning and Personal Finance.

    • Rationale: Strategic planning and personal finance allow the Captain to coach members to achieve a greater freedom and quality of life.

    • Mission: Host a monthly ceremony for promotions and demotions; achieve platform-wide goals (e.g., 1,000 active members).

  • Battalion (1,000 Members, 4-6 Companies):

    • Purpose: Platform-wide community for elite mentorship and engagement.

    • Leader: Company Leader (Rank: General).

    • Mandatory Specialist Skill: Community Building.

    • Rationale: Community building fosters belonging and drives platform growth, reflecting the General's role.

    • Mission: Host a quarterly summit and achieve platform-wide goals (e.g., 1,000 active members).​
